Rose water has been gaining a lot of popularity these past few months due to it's health benefits.
A lot of celebrities have raved about rosewater and grandma's have been using it for years. It's raved about so much, that i decided to give it a try. I use the Mario Badescu Facial Spray infused with herbs, aloe, and rosewater. So not quite rosewater in it's true form, but let me tell you, it is amazing and it actually smells like real roses.
So why is this flower-infused water so good for you?
Well here are a couple of reasons why you should use rosewater.
1.Toner
Rosewater is a perfect and natural toner for people who suffer from acne or any type of redness on your face. Rosewater decreases inflammation and reduces the amount of bacteria on your face. If you struggle with acne (like myself) this is perfect for you.
2.Makeup Remover
Rosewater is a better alternative instead of using makeup wipes because its more sufficient than constantly buying makeup remover wipes. Its effective in removing any type of makeup even waterproof makeup without irritating the skin or having your eyes burn. It makes your skin feel soft and smell really good after you remove all your makeup.
3.Eye Brightener
Rosewater is known to get rid of any redness or puffiness. If you have really bad under eye circles then rosewater is going to save you. Just soak a cotton pad in the rosewater and apply under your eyes for about 5 minutes and it will look like you got a full night sleep even if you've only slept for 4 hours.
