How To Deal With Failure

Hello Everyone!
I've had my fair share of failures in my lifetime. Whether it be failing a test, losing a friendship, making a mistake. We've all been there and done that. There are many different ways to deal with failure and you can pick the method that works well for you. You always have to remember that failure is ok!
1.Don't make it personal
When you do fail in life, many people tend to blame themselves, but thats not the case. Just because you failed multiple times at something that doesn't mean that you are a failure. You have to get out of that mindset that its your fault when in reality its not.
2. Learn and adapt
One way you can so is to learn from your failures. You need to take a step back from your failures and learn from it. How can you bring your insight from this failure into the future.
3. Stop obsessing over it.
Another thing you can do is to stop dwelling over your failures. If you keep obsessing over your failures, it will keep you from moving on in a positive direction. The best thing to do is to let it all go and move on.
